Un asaltante con un cuchillo robó la venta del fin de semana de la tienda de colchones Luuna, ubicada en el segundo piso de la Plaza Península, en Tijuana, la mañana de este domingo, 31 de agosto de 2025. Hasta el momento no se reporta ninguna persona lesionada ni detenida por este hecho.
Alrededor de las 10 de la mañana, un hombre vestido de pans y playera color negro y gorra beige, cubrebocas y lentes oscuros entró al establecimiento y amedrentó, con un cuchillo, a dos jóvenes vendedores; a quienes metió a un pequeño cuarto poniéndoles cinchos en las manos.

El asaltante pidió a la mujer vendedora, de 28 años, abriera la caja fuerte, de la que extrajo alrededor de 250 mil pesos, correspondiente a la venta del fin de semana, para luego salir caminando del negocio, según la versión de una de las víctimas.
Aunque el vendedor de 20 años refirió que el sujeto que cometió el robo le propinó un golpe en la cabeza antes de huir, a la vista no le fue apreciado ningún golpe, indican informes preliminares.

Por otro lado, autoridades no pudieron tener acceso inmediato a las cámaras de la Plaza Península, y en el local comercial de Luuna no se cuenta con sistema de videovigilancia. (Julieta Aragón)
