El Partido Acción Nacional elegirá dirigentes en los 7 municipios de Baja California el 28 de septiembre.

La actual dirigente interina en Tijuana, Rosalba López Regalado, permanecerá en el cargo hasta que concluya el período estatuario cuyo arranque tuvo lugar en octubre de 2022.
López Regalado asumió la presidencia del Comité Directivo Municipal el 27 de mayo de 2025, luego de que el dirigente municipal, Christopher Domínguez Meraz, asumiera formalmente como tesorero en el PAN estatal, cargo para el que fue nombrado en noviembre de 2024.

En su momento declaró con motivo de su salida del CDM que Acción Nacional ya se encontraba en un período de transición, pues las dirigencias municipales se renovarían en el segundo semestre de 2025.
Como posibles contendientes internas en Tijuana figuran la ex regidora Mirna González y la excandidata a diputada local Rafaela Jocobi Yocupicio.

Si bien Rosalba López Regalado tiene derecho a participar en la contienda interna no se ha pronunciado con aspiraciones a repetir en el cargo.
Los próximos dirigentes municipales del PAN en BC asumirán como tales en octubre.
