La noche de este lunes 18 de agosto fue localizada una narcomanta con un mensaje amenazante, presuntamente firmada por el Cártel de Sinaloa.
Fue alrededor de las 21:00 horas cuando se reportó a la central de emergencias la presencia de una manta colgada en el puente situado frente a un supermercado, sobre la avenida Insurgentes, en la colonia El Lago, delegación Colorado.
