La Agencia Estatal de Investigación, adscrita a la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos Contra Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes, detuvo a un individuo identificado como Óscar “N” bajo la presunción de abusar de una menor en un domicilio del fraccionamiento Los Valles en Tijuana.
Según informó la Fiscalía General del Estado este domingo 13 de julio, en atención a una denuncia anónima la AEI activó un protocolo de investigación y actuación urgente y en un lapso de tres horas detuvo al presunto agresor en el domicilio en que habrían tenido ocasión los hechos.

Óscar “N” fue puesto a disposición del Ministerio Público, vinculado a proceso por el delito de pederastia agravada y se encuentra sujeto bajo medida cautelar.
La denuncia anónima fue recibida a través de la aplicación móvil 089.

“Este resultado es muestra del compromiso firme de nuestra institución para actuar con prontitud ante cualquier señal de violencia o abuso en contra de menores, así como del valor de las herramientas tecnológicas de denuncia”, informó la FGE.
La fiscalía recalcó que tales herramientas dan lugar a que la ciudadanía colabore de manera activa en la protección de los sectores más vulnerables.

Conminó a la población a hacer uso de los canales oficiales de denuncia en aras de prevenir y combatir los delitos de esa índole.
