El cuerpo de un hombre envuelto en un costal de basura y un narco mensaje, presuntamente firmado por el Cártel Jalisco Nueva Generación (CGNJ), fueron abandonados en la colonia Pedregal de Santa Julia, en el sur de Tijuana.
El hallazgo ocurrió alrededor de las 6:30 de la mañana de este domingo 13 de julio de 2025, sobre el Libramiento Rosas Magallón al cruce con 0la calle Olivos, de la referida colonia.

El cadáver del que se desconoce su identidad vestía pantalón beige, zapatos cafés. Envuelto en un costal blanco de basura estaba tirado sobre la vía pública donde no hay casas ni negocios cercanos.
Junto a él se encontró un mensaje escrito en un cartón, con letras rojas, donde se leía: “Esto le va a pasar al puto que se voltee culeros. ATTE. CJNG (sic)”
Ayer, cerca de las 10 de la noche, un hombre identificado como Abraham Rodríguez Avendivar, fue ejecutado afuera de un domicilio en la colonia Libertad parte baja, de Tijuana.

La víctima de tez morena clara quedó tendida sobre la calle 18, casi esquina con Miguel Anzures, de la referida colonia, después de ser lesionada en la cabeza y rostro por sujetos que le dispararon con un arma de fuego.
Al llegar al lugar para prestar los primeros auxilios, paramédicos confirmaron que Abraham ya no contaba con signos vitales. La escena del crimen fue resguardada por elementos de la policía municipal y la Fiscalía General del Estado quienes encontraron dos casquillos balísticos de calibre 9 milímetros.

Según las primeras indagatorias, los agresores habrían huido a exceso de velocidad en dirección a las calles 21 y Pino Suárez. Sin embargo, hasta el momento no se reporta ninguna persona detenida por este hecho.
Minutos después, 10:33 de la noche, en el este de la ciudad, se reportó un hombre lesionado en la cabeza por disparos de arma de fuego. Hasta las calles Nila y Monte Albán, en la colonia Planice llegaron paramédicos para trasladar al herido a un hospital.
El hombre de complexión delgada y tez morena clara, que vestía chamarra negra con gris, pantalón de mezclilla negro y tenis azul, falleció cuando era atendido en un hospital. Hasta el momento se desconoce su identidad y edad. Por este hecho violento fue señalado un hombre que habría huido a bordo de una camioneta pick up
