El Ayuntamiento de Tijuana envió un comunicado de prensa para advertir sobre la carencia de permisos oficiales para que se organice el concierto denominado “La Recaída”. Aunque no se detalla sí el gobierno de Ismael Burgueño impondrá sanciones, lo que sí se advierte es al público en general que tome precauciones para adquirir sus boletos o accesos a la presentación artística.
Literalmente, el Ayuntamiento de Tijuana informó:

No se ha otorgado ningún permiso para la presentación del evento ‘La Recaída’, cuya supuesta actuación ha sido promovida recientemente en redes sociales para el mes de noviembre.
Al respecto, el secretario de Gobierno Municipal, Arnulfo Guerrero León, precisó que no se ha expedido autorización ni existe contrato alguno por parte del XXV Ayuntamiento de Tijuana, con el Palenque de Tijuana o con los representantes de dicha evento.

El Gobierno Municipal reitera su compromiso de garantizar que los eventos que se realicen en la ciudad cumplan con los requisitos legales y de seguridad establecidos, con el propósito de salvaguardar la integridad física de los asistentes y mantener el orden en todo momento.
Asimismo, hace un llamado a la ciudadanía a mantenerse informada, a través de los medios oficiales y no dejarse sorprender por publicaciones o eventos que carezcan de validez y autorización institucional.
