Los protagonistas de la función de Box “Fight Night” superaron la báscula para subir al ring este sábado 23 de agosto en la Arena Tecate bajo el sello de la empresa Baja Boxing.
La velada boxística será encabezada por la pelea estelar entre Aarón “Maximus” García y Adrián “El Gato” Mejía, quienes disputarán el título de la Organización Universal de Boxeo (UBO) en peso gallo a ocho rounds.
Ambos púgiles no tuvieron problemas para dar el peso al registrar 53 kilos con 500 gramos.

El actual monarca de UBO, “Maximus” García suma marca de 7-0-0 con 6 nocauts, mientras que su rival “El Gato” Mejía tiene récord de 8-2-1, con 5 nocauts.
Para la pelea semifinal de la noche, subirán al ring, el tijuanense, Carlos García contra Omar “Camaleón” Olvera pactada a diez rounds en peso wélter.

El “Burrito” que regresa tras una larga ausencia cuenta con record de 19-0 con 14 nocauts, mientras que su rival tiene marca de 5-6-4, con 2 nocauts.
Además de la pelea entre Héctor “Pelón” Macías ante Gerardo Zavala a cuatro rounds en peso súper gallo.
