La Agencia Estatal de Investigación y la Fiscalía Especializada en Adolescentes, de la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE), obtuvo la vinculación a proceso de un adolescente de 16 años, por su probable responsabilidad en el feminicidio agravado de la menor Keyla Nicole Duarte Acevedo de 13 años, ocurrido en la delegación El Rosario, municipio de San Quintín.
El caso se derivó del reporte de desaparición de la víctima el pasado 2 de julio; ese mismo día se localizó su cuerpo sin vida en una zona rural, lo que activó de inmediato operativos de búsqueda, cateos y recolección de indicios que permitieron al Ministerio Público obtener la orden de aprehensión contra el imputado, que de acuerdo con el parte policiaco está identificado como Cristian “N”, quien fue capturado y presentado ante el Juez Especializado.

En audiencia celebrada este 9 de julio, se resolvió su vinculación a proceso con medida cautelar de internamiento preventivo y dos meses para el cierre de la investigación complementaria.
La Fiscalía reafirma su compromiso de actuar con firmeza para garantizar justicia y no dejar impune ningún delito que atente contra la vida y la seguridad de niñas, niños y adolescente.
