Con el fin de facilitar un regreso a clases ordenado, el Ayuntamiento de Tijuana prepara los operativos de seguridad y vialidades ante el próximo regreso a clases que tendrá lugar el 1 de septiembre.
Angélica Aguilera Orozco, Coordinadora Académica de la Secretaría Municipal de Educación, informó que es una matrícula de 3 mil 500 alumnos en primaria y secundaria, así como 448 en preparatoria; los cuales están distribuidos en 10 primarias, 3 secundarias y una preparatoria municipal. Los espacios son integrados por un total de 103 docentes de primaria, 101 docentes de secundaria y 45 de preparatoria.

En ese sentido, el Secretario de Movilidad Urbana Sustentable, Inspección y Seguridad Vial Municipal, Apolinar Fernández Álvarez informó que se implementarán operativos a través de los agentes de movilidad e inspección vial en el área de Santa Fe: en el corredor de salida de la zona de Cedros Residencial, así como el puente Valle Sur-Libramiento Salvador Rosas Magallón “Colinas del sol”
De igual manera, se sumarán los operativos a las glorietas Independencia, Cuauhtémoc e Ignacio Zaragoza. Mientras que en el corredor vial “Las Américas” y Colinas de California se dará cobertura en horas pico, al igual que el corredor Lázaro Cárdenas, bulevar Clouthier, y el Terán Terán.

“También lo que es el tercer carril de la vía rápida, que va hacia Playas de Tijuana, estamos montando un operativo de control vial para que la gente no se detenga de ese punto, para meterse a la fila, y traiga congestionamiento vial que demore a los vehículos, explicó.
Por su parte, el Director General de Policía y Tránsito, David García Barraza señaló que seguridad pública dará resguardo a los 2 mil 62 planteles en Tijuana, tanto en trayecto, horarios de entrada y salida.

Serán 40 compañeros de tránsito con motocicletas quienes estarán en la entrada escolar, entradas de la ciudad y zonas conflictivas, según agregó el Comandante de Tránsito, Ángel Camacho Estrada, algunos de los puntos será donde se une las vías rápidas oriente y poniente, Zona Río, El Refugio, bulevar Alberto Limón Padilla y Otay.
Ante los trabajos de reparación del socavón en la calle 10, el Director Municipal de Protección Civil Tijuana, José Luis Jiménez González, señaló que se abrirá el tramo sobre la calle que cruza con la Avenida Constitución para evitar el tráfico vial, mientras que sobre Avenida Revolución continuará cerrado.
